It is my great honour to serve as an employee of the Diocese of Hamilton, as Director of Mount Mary Immaculate Retreat Centre in Ancaster. I have come to know Fr. Tony and Fr. Jarek, who had a dream for, and oversee the beating heart of DeMazenod Door Outreach. I am inspired by their great desire and ability to lighten the burdens of those in our city that have so much less, and share the gifts of faith, hope and love taught by our Lord, which we know through our faith that all are deserving of, no matter their circumstances. I feel very blessed to have been asked to serve on the Board of Directors at DeMazenod Door Outreach, so that I too can help to wrap my arms around this Mission, like so many generous individuals do, each and every day.
Far far away, behind the word mountains, far from the countries Vokalia and Consonantia, there live the blind texts. Separated they live in Bookmarksgrove right at the coast of the Semantics, a large language ocean. A small river named Duden flows by their place and supplies it with the necessary regelialia. It is a paradisematic country, in which roasted parts of sentences fly into your mouth.
